Is my tree is leaning after all this rain an emergency?

Call tonight. The tree is not bending — it is coming out of the ground. What holds a tree upright is a plate of roots plus the weight of the soil sitting on them, and saturated soil both weighs less in shear and grips less. Once that plate begins to rotate the failure is progressive: every degree of lean moves the center of mass further out past the edge of the plate, which increases the overturning load, which moves it further still. That is a fundamentally different mechanism from a tree that has leaned toward light for thirty years, and it is the one that puts trees through roofs.

What changes while you wait

Treat this in hours, not days, for as long as the ground stays wet. Soil strength does recover as the site drains, so a tree that survives the storm is genuinely more stable next week than it is tonight — but you cannot bank on getting there. The most useful thing to do while waiting for a crew is to stop using the fall zone: move vehicles, keep people out of the rooms on that side of the house, and stay out from under it. A visibly increasing lean or a widening soil crack is the failure in progress. Do not lean a ladder on it, do not tie a rope to it and pull, and do not let anyone climb it — a tree on a moving root plate is not climbable, and any competent crew will bring equipment instead.
