What does treatment for tent caterpillars cost?
There isn't a treatment worth paying for. Cosmetic on an established tree. The tents look far worse than the damage is, and the tree refoliates.
What to spend money on instead
Remove tents by hand in early morning while the caterpillars are inside. Do not burn them out — people set trees alight doing this every year.
